These Terms govern your use of the LincSpider Chrome extension and website at https://lincspider.kwverdit.com. By installing or using LincSpider you agree to these Terms.
The service
LincSpider is a link-building and outreach assistant. It can search Google for candidate pages, process competitor backlink URLs or lists you provide, suggest contextual comment copy, suggest outreach email subject/body text, surface contact hints when no comment form exists, prefill comment forms you open, and export task results. Features require credits after free guest preview limits.
You stay in control
- LincSpider does not automatically post comments or send emails.
- Suggested drafts and optional form prefill require your review and manual action.
- Guest preview (up to 3 drafts without sign-in) is preview-only and does not publish anything.
- You are solely responsible for outreach content you publish and for complying with each target website's rules.
Accounts and sign-in
Full tasks require Google sign-in through the extension. New accounts receive 300 welcome credits once after sign-in. Your account, credits, and subscription are managed on the website.
Credits and subscriptions
Credits are consumed when AI API calls complete successfully (for example page-fit analysis, comment drafting, translation, or email suggestions). Subscription credits refresh per billing cycle; one-time packs and welcome credits follow their own rules shown at checkout. Signed-in usage is not capped by artificial page limits — processing pauses when your balance is insufficient. You may buy more credits or manage subscriptions on the website.
Tasks, history, and pause
Tasks may be paused, resumed from checkpoints, or exported from task details. The extension stores up to 10 recent tasks locally, including guest previews. Pausing for search-engine cooldowns or low credits is a normal part of the workflow.
Acceptable use
- Do not use LincSpider for spam, harassment, bulk unsolicited outreach, or illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, abuse guest preview, or interfere with our API.
- Respect robots.txt, terms of service, and community rules of sites you contact.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

LincSpider is provided as-is. We do not guarantee search rankings, backlink placement, or acceptance of your outreach. AI suggestions may be inaccurate — always review before use.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
